Late Uma Rani Borthakur Memorial Prize –This Prize is donated by Dr. Bornali Borthakur, HOD of Assamese Department of our College.
‘Late Luthuri Konwar Memorial Prize’ - She was a pious lady of Rangajan & and mother of ProfDebojit Konwar, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics of the College.
Late Sorudoy Saikia Memorial Prize’ - Grandmother of Principal Dr. Anjan Saikia of the College.
‘Late Amulya Chiring Memorial Prize’ - father of Prof. Amaljyoti Chiring, Department of Geography of the College.
‘Late Rongili Borah Memorial Prize’ - A pious lady of Janji and Grandmother of Mr. Uttam Borah, Advocate, Jorhat Bar Association, Jorhat.
‘Late Deben Dutta Memorial Prize’ - Renowned dedicated teacher and Ex-Vice Principal of JorhatGovt. Boys’ Higher Secondary & Multipurpose School. Father of Prof. Dipshikha Dutta, HOD, department of Sociology of the College.
Best Graduate Prize
‘Late Naba Kr. Das & IIaprova Das Memorial Best Graduate Prize’(Major) with first Class (Minimum 70%). The Prize is offered by their son Prof. Bikash Chandra Das, department of Political Science of the College.
Best Guardian Prize
The best guardian prize was introduced in the 2001 among the guardians this college just to encourage them for taking proper step for showing good result by their wards Mr. Semirul Hussain is the first recipient of this award wishers of this college immediately after the announcement of B.A. finalexamination by Dibrugarh University. An amount of Rupees One thousand is awarded for each prize along with a small packet of valuable books and Man-Patra for every recipient .Shri Mohan Nath of Katoni Gaon and Shri Nipul Saikia, U.D.A. of our College received best guardian Prize in 2012.
Hemkanta Bordoloi Memorial Prize
The College introduces Hemkanta Bordoloi Memorial Inter-College, Dibrugarh University Annual Magazine (Mouth Piece) Competition of Student Union with the financial back up extended by Dr. Makhan Bordoloi (Son of Hemkanta Bordoloi) along with cash money Rs. 10,000/-
The college authority stresses on extra-curricular activities of the students like games and sports, social work, seminar and symposium on current topics, literacy, cultural competitions etc. A lot of standard quiz competitions are held in the college auditorium in district level occasionally in co-operation with the local voluntary organizations. The college participates inter college Football, Cricket, ‘Jubo-Mohotsaba’ organised by Dibrugarh University every year. Shri Mukul Buragohain of this college secured the 2nd prize of ‘Hammer throw’ of inter- college sports competition, 2003 of Dibrugarh University. Sri Hemanga Dutta, Ex-student of our College obtained 1st position in ‘Gajal’ in the Youth Festival of D. U. at Dhemaji College in 2011. Similarly, this year two students of the College have obtained 2nd and 3rd Position in the inter-College Kick Boxing Competition. District level seminars on current topics are held every year.
The SC/ST/MOBC/OBC/TGL Students are entitled to get Scholarship as per I.T.D.P.(Govt. of Assam). The Scholarship is paid through individual Account of Scholarship holders opened at S.B.I.(State Bank of India).

A laboratory for Geography students along with requisite instruments and provision for holding Practical classes of Education have been well-managed. Separate rooms have been allotted for practical classes.
The college library was shifted to the new building donated by Mr. O.P. Gattani on 11.06.05. Our library has collection of over 20,000 books and several periodicals. Efforts are being made to procure books to our college library.

Usage data of the Library (In terms of books issued to the faculty and Students etc.) Average 150 books per day at the beginning of the beginning of the semester and average 70 books per day rest of the semester.

Every department has a full-fledged Departmental library that takes care of the requirement of students, faculty and staff members.
The College has already collected the question papers of examination for last fifteen years.
Facilitates for poor students
The poor meritorious students will be exemptedfrom paying the tuition fees. Moreover there is
a trust fund to help the poor students of the college.
A college canteen has been set up recently for the refreshment of college Teachers, office Staff and students. Besides, drinking water is providedfrom the college. Separate latrine & urinal are
available for both boys and girls within the college campus.
The college magazine publishes review of educational cultural, social and sports activities of the college and articles by students and staff. The magazine is edited by a student elected by students union of the college under the supervision of a member of the teaching staff. The name of the College Magazine is Agragami.
Separate hostel for girls is under constructionfunded by UGC. Untill its completion, the College
authority will make temporal arrangement for staying girls in the rented house .Similarly, a boys’
hostel is also under construction by the college authority in memory of Luhit Chandra Borah.
